The Hessian CDU has approved a new black-green coalition contract. The decision was unanimously in favor of the party in the short message service Twitter after a meeting of the CDU Federal Committee on Saturday in the Hessian town of Nidda. “In the last five years, we have ruled #Hessen well – we want to do in the coming years,” it said.
The Greens wanted to also vote this Saturday on a country meeting of members in Hofheim am Taunus on the contract. Black-and-Green ruled since the beginning of 2014 in the state of Hesse. The new government could at 18. January 2019 at the inaugural session of the Landtag to the office. (dpa)
