When baking a ham icy, do this:

3. When the ham has melted sufficiently, push the ham meat thermometer.

4. The total cooking time is about double compared to the traditional ham for frying (or about 2 hours per kilogram)

5. The ham is ready when a meat thermometer shows 75 to 90 degrees.
