radio host Mads Vangsø and first lieutenant in the army Lasse Wulff Hansen has had a particularly tough night. It tells the radio host during the Extra Magazine’s daily interview with the two, before he interrupts himself. The previous night has been different than the others.

– There has just been the most beautiful sunrise on top of a fairly harsh night. That may have been the toughest we have had so far, he says.

we Look at the competition to be first across the Atlantic, there is not much to be sorry for Lasse Wullf Hansen and Mads Vangsø. The train has been number one in their group, in the vast majority of the time – and continue to do so.

Such is the competition

participating in a total of 27 rowing boats in the competition, which spans from La Gomera and 5000 miles across the Atlantic, where the finish line is located in Antigua in the Caribbean.

Each team compete against teams that have equal number of participants. Mads Vangsø and Lasse Hansen are two on their team, they are fighting against four other teams in their category.

Physical disabilities, however, there is enough of. When the waves go high at night, you can easily get hurt.
