At the Accor Arena (Bercy)

Total demonstration by Archie Colgan against the Frenchman Thibault Gouti, who suffered terrible damage during the three rounds of the fight. The American logically wins by unanimous decision.

More comfortable in the wrestling phases, the American tired the Frenchman by staying behind his back and chaining strikes on the ground. Thibault Gouti, however, never gave up. Each time he was taken to the ground, “GT” tried to get up before seeing the American come back on him. The constant putting under pressure on the American accompanied by devastating strikes quickly prevented the Frenchman from any response in this fight.

Thibault Gouti lost for the first time on French soil as the American continued his unbeaten streak. 10 fights, 10 victories for Archie Colgan, who fought for the first time outside the United States.

With this defeat, the Frenchman now has a record of 17 victories for 7 defeats.

For his part, Archie Colgan remains undefeated with 10 victories in as many fights.
