The French XV “is capable of anything,” warned Scottish third row Rory Darge on Friday, on the eve of the match between the two teams in the 2024 Six Nations Tournament. “It’s easy to say, complicated to do , but you have to be concentrated at all times: they are capable of everything, not just in attack. They are dangerous on the rucks, they have obvious power qualities…,” assured Darge at a press conference.

“It’s going to be quite a challenge. They will want to react after last week. They will want to show another face after this result and this performance (…) but we focus on us, not on what they may think. Trying to guess what they are saying to each other is no use. We have to start well, be present and focus on what we can control,” added the Glasgow player, named co-captain of the Chardon XV with fly-half Finn Russell.
