Abdou Diallo will return to PSG. Placed on the list of undesirables by Luis Campos when he took office, the French defender had found a way out on loan paying (1.5 million) in Leipzig. Marc Rose’s club, third in the Bundesliga, announced on Thursday that it would not exercise the option to buy the defender, worth around 22 million euros.

The player trained in Monaco will therefore return to PSG like Julian Draxler and Leandro Paredes and unlike Dina Ebimbe who was retained by Frankfurt. The 27-year-old Senegalese international joined the ranks of PSG in 2019 from Borussia Dortmund for 32 million euros.

Author of a good start to the season, Abdou Diallo was disturbed by a knee injury which kept him away from the field from January to March. He will only have participated in 15 meetings with RB Leipzig. Recovered since the end of March, he then played very little in four games (42 minutes).
