Shots rang out near Hollywood’s Walk of Fame on Saturday, killing one man and injuring two others. This was announced by the police in Los Angeles. The district is a nightlife hotspot with bars, clubs and restaurants, and many people were there at the time of the crime, said police officer Sean Kinchla.
KTLA-TV reported that a gunman opened fire as three men exited a building around 1:20 a.m. local time. One was fatally hit and the other two were taken to a hospital.
The alleged perpetrator escaped in a vehicle, the police said, who initially gave no details about the incident.
