Notice to all gourmets: the Ritz offers since June 2, to carry the creations of his pastry chef François Perret. While waiting to reopen their doors, the palace of the place Vendôme (1st) has installed a small kiosk ephemeral in front of the entrance of the hotel, where are offered so that rotating the chief, and his team, from Tuesday to Saturday after-noon.

Requested by the director Éric Nebot, François Perret, has left his luxurious laboratory from the Ritz to the time to invest in a food truck in Los Angeles. Accompanied by two young members of his squad, he has risen to the challenge of reinterpreting the classics to US in the spirit of French pastry, and confront the american customer… in conditions far less comfortable than those to which he is accustomed in the place Vendôme, and local products that he did not know.

pastries charming, even if at the ingredients in little eclectic. My cake favorite is the coffee cake was dry-that one takes with the fingers and dipped in the coffee.
