French Relay Team Qualifies for European Championships Final

The French relay team, consisting of Brossier, Deau, Sylla, and Veyssière, secured a spot in the final of the European Championships with a strong performance on Wednesday evening. The team had to clock their best time of the season – 3’25’’15 – to claim the second of three direct qualifying spots in their series. Amandine Brossier finished the race with a flourish after receiving the baton from Marjorie Veyssière.

Marjorie Veyssière, representing Clermont Athlé, played a crucial role as the third relay runner with a time of 52’’10. She executed her leg of the relay flawlessly, maintaining her position and handing off the baton smoothly to Brossier for the final stretch. Like the other French relay runners, Veyssière’s participation in the highly competitive final will be confirmed at a later time.

The qualified countries from the series include Ireland, France, Belgium, Spain, and Italy. Poland, Germany, and the Netherlands also secured spots in the final from a different series.
