This shows an access from the Indsamlingsnævnet, as the Extra Leaf is in the possession of.
Earlier in the month could Ekstra Bladet tell you that the fundraiser for Black Lives Matter Denmark was not registered in the Indsamlingsnævnet and therefore broke indsamlingsloven.
8. January sent Indsamlingsnævnet thus, a letter to the organization’s frontperson, Bwalya Sørensen, with a deadline for registration of MobilePay-the collection.
Over a week later writes Bwalya Sørensen a mail to Indsamlingsnævnet and explains that she as the organizer and frontperson for the volunteer association Black Lives Matter had not expected that the collection would be so big.
‘We have asked people to stop sending money but they were and it all was very intense until we finished 5 demo in 10 days,’ she writes, adding that she would like to have a permit with retroactive effect.
In the mail it was also clear that the association Black Lives Matter, Denmark does not have an official bank account, that money is gone, but, to the other hand, they have availed themselves of the ‘Mobilepay Box’.

Words from the controversial spokesperson: Bwalya Sørensen
Bwalya Sørensen calls the audience to shout ’lock him/her up’ about Inger Støjberg, Mattias Tesfaye and Pernille Vermund.

As the indsamlingsloven requires that the funds collected be put into an account which is used exclusively for the collection, but do not put some requirements on the type of account in question, assessed Indsamlingsnævnet that Bwalya Sørensen can use his savings account.
