It sounded almost too good to be true, as Anders Peter Amsnæs got to know of Danbolig, after just four days on the market had all of four showings of his apartment.

– After the second presentation we were told that there had been a few that were super interested, and he gave very detailed information about what they might like.

– It was just too expensive, and they would only give 600,000 to less than the price at which the broker had assessed it to, says Anders Peter Amsnæs to Ekstra Bladet.

While the mediator should be present in the house to conduct a showing, discovered Anders’ wife, Ditte Provide Amsnæs, anything suspicious.

– My wife had been home to pick up his bike, and here she saw that he was in the house alone. He walked around alone and went over to the community centre alone.

– We have a security camera sitting as part of an alarm system, and so we would just go in and check to ensure us, that there was one or another weird.

It did so. On overvågningsvideoen they could see that there had been no showing any of the days.

– the Broker trasker into the house, go around a bit alone, on and off the light, and then throw he some blue pacifiers on the floor, so it looks as if there has been a lot of people, and then he goes again.

– So, calling up to us and tells us that our apartment is too expensive. It is after that it has been for sale in four-five days.

Anders and Ditte Amsnæs selected Danbolig, because they had heard good things about them. Private.

Although they had discovered that brokers cheat, then they would still let them hold the third presentation.

– Now we chose so, to document it all, to let them make the presentation number three also. It was after their statements to a double presentation, and it happened exactly the same.

An hour after that the broker had been there, he rang us up and said that there had been two couples and gave us a lot of stories about that they were happy for our common house, and all sorts of stuff, but they seemed to both that it was too expensive.

the Whole process got Anders and Ditte Amsnæs to fear that something was going on underhand, and that brokers would just want them to push the price in the bottom, so the apartment almost would sell itself.

– It paints a picture of that instead to use their energy to sell our home, they use their energy to get us to put down the price. For then comes the buyers themselves.

– It is probably a better time investment for them, but it will come to cost us money.

After the third showing the selected pair to confront Danbolig with their discoveries. They were offered two bottles of red wine and a dinner as an excuse for the treatment.

In an email to the couple to apologize Danboligs daily leader, Kim Tandrup, for the situation and confirm that their agreement is terminated.

at the same time, he tells that they will take care of the situation internally.

‘Thank you for the talk. And again, I deeply regret for this situation. Of course, it is deeply unacceptable and something we will address internally. I confirmed hereby, that our agreement is terminated, and that no costs have.’

‘Again, I regret very much, it is by no means okay and in no ways the way danbolig Niels Hald working on,’ he writes.

Anders and Ditte Amsnæs have thanked no to both wine and dinner, and then they asked Danbolig and to send all the pictures and information about the apartment on to their new real estate agent, so they can get on with the sale.

the Extra Leaf has repeatedly tried to get a comment from Danbolig Amager Strand without any luck.

For TV2 tells the holder of Danbolig Amager Strand Torben Hald, that the case is unacceptable, and that they will investigate the matter internally.

– It is definitely not company policy. It is totally unacceptable that our staff is doing such a thing here.

– I dare not say whether they themselves have been a little creative, but it is something we must completely to the bottom in order to find out why they have acted as they have. We are hired by the customers here, and we therefore need to make sure to get the highest possible price, he says.
