just Over half of swedes want less or no immigration at all. It is found in a report from the Pew Research Center, an independent think tank in Washington DC in the united states.

the Survey was conducted in the spring of 2018, in 27 different countries around the world. The participants had to choose three different answers. If they think that the country in question should receive:

1. More immigrants (immigrants).

2. About the same as the country does now.

3. Fewer, alternatively none at all.

52 per cent of the 989 swedes who were interviewed on the telephone between the 24 may and 27 June this year chose the latter option. 33% felt that the levels should be the same as they are now, while 14 per cent wanted to see increased immigration.

Greece, Hungary and Italy were the countries in Europe that were the most negative towards immigration. Where do 82, 72 and 71 per cent that their countries should receive fewer immigrants, or alternatively, none at all.

at the same time, like 89% of the surveyed greeks that emigration is a very large, alternatively, a major problem for their country. In Spain and Hungary, the corresponding figures were 88 and 80 percent, respectively. Among the swedes, it was only 18% of those who saw emigration as a problem.
