Flies. Lots of flies. Lukewarm måltidssalater with the tuna on the path to destruction. Cobwebs, mold, dirt, gunge and dirt.

In just a year have one Lidl store, in Ølby Centre in Køge, four times received fines, acid smileys and indskærpelser to blow on the food act and thus the customers ‘ health.

the Shop, which is clearly the Danish discount store, which currently has received the most criticism of Fødevarekontrollen, was a year ago revealed that sell dangerous perishable meals from a cooler, there were 14 degrees celsius.

the Warehouse was mucky, so Fødevarekontrollen responded with a rage smiley and a fine of $ 10,000.

But Lidl didn’t take it seriously.

the Officials, who have ever since been regular guests in the store, have subsequently been met by such massive fluesværme that the spiders had built webs in the store, could only capture a fraction.

In the refrigerated counter with, among other cold cuts according to the fødevaremyndighederne white and green mold, and it was not mold cheese, but on furniture for Lidl did not clean, even though Fødevarekontrollen again and again with, among others, fines of 10,000, 10,000 and dkk 15,000 imploring butiksledelsen tighten up.

Three pungent acidic smileys, it has to.

In the cooling unit with cold meats/ juice ft.m. can there are several locations found white/green mold growth … in several places are seen traces of earlier spilled that will not be dried up, writes the Danish veterinary and food administration.

But Lidl did not diet and the cleaner forward. Not brødmontrerne with Lidls popular bakeoff-the bread and the cake was cleaned, when the staff went home, so it the sticky backs were just carelessly refilled in a uskønt mix with kebabkød, candy, truffles, and pepperoni.

’the Hills not washed of when new products make up. There are no real procedures for the cleanliness of the trays and tagtænger’, admitted by the staff, when they asked what had happened.

Ekstra Bladet has asked Lidls Danish top management answer the question of why there has been so dirty and why they just let griseriet continue.

the Case is that the chain’s head office in Kolding, denmark since the summer has been briefed on the situation in the World without resorting properly check.

But it is so happening now after the recent sour smiley the other day, the promise of Lidl.

’We have taken action on the matter. We have had challenges at the store in Køge with the sure ones to follow, and it is obviously not an acceptable situation for either our customers or us. We are incredibly bored by the situation in the World,’ protests Morten Vestberg Head of communications.

‘And it is not very much, none of our other 127 stores in Denmark has sure smileys’, he writes.

he’s right, but Lidl in Nørresundby got in Thursday a mellemfornøjet smiley, because it was dirty.

‘We always work for, to all of our stores should have a happy smiley’, promises Vestberg.

He says that Lidls top management has fired butiksledelsen in Køge.

‘Lidls management has introduced a new management in the store in Køge and put in with additional cleaning, adapted and tightened up ift. rengøringsprocedurerne in the shop’.

It has kommunikationschefen right in. En Ekstra maddetektiv Wednesday inspected the shop, the conditions were put in order.

’at the same time, we have screwed them up for the training of the store’s staff and very sharply tightened the performance of self-monitoring and documentation. We have solved the specific problems that you have pointed out. However, I will not hide the fact that the acidic smileys we’ve got, shows that we have not done it good enough, and we are of course enormously sad’, writes Morten Vestberg.

Ekstra Bladet has had access to Fødevarekontrollørernes pictures from the store. See them here:

Customers: Disgusting

Ekstra Bladet asked the other customers who had just shopped in Lidl in Køge, what they liked, the store has gotten criticism for the very poor hygiene.

Anita Thøgersen, 36 years old, pakkerileder, Store Heddinge.

– It is disgusting. Especially because I just bought food in there. I have just purchased the food in there. It is something messing.

– I forgot to look at the inspection report before I went in. It wont I else to do. If I had seen it, I had gone in the Net, and that I will do in the future. So I come here not provisionally, now when I know it with the acid smiley faces, says Anita Thøgersen, which itself is butiksuddannet.

– So I know how to do. It is not so difficult. It’s all about cleaning and trimming the shops, so the new goods coming in at the back. It’s about having the right leader. If you can get so many sour smiley faces in a row, then it’s probably the right one, as Lidl have done, namely to replace the butiksledelsen.

Christian Brintlev, 38 years old, employed in the babagehåndtering, Køge

– It is too bad. Three smiley faces should be warnings enough. Already after the first action ought to be geared up. There should be a chain like Lidl have the tools to solve the problem. It is not a small local grocery store, there is to talk about, but a business with the resources behind, says the 38-year-old Christian Brintlev, Køge, who are trained in the butiksledelse in the grocery Store.

– When I hear it here, I want to go into the Net, which has roughly the same prices.

Bodil Jensen, 74 years old, pensioner, Strøby Egede

– I only buy canned foods and have only experienced that it has been nice and clean when I have been there.

– I never check the inspection report, for I have eyes I can see inside the store. The same with other customers. They are allowed to think for themselves and go again, if not they will trade there.
