4. The European Council reiterates that there can be no question of the reopening of the udtrædelsesaftalen, which was concluded between the Union and the Uk in november 2018. Any unilateral obligation, statement or other action must be consistent with both the spirit and the letter of the udtrædelsesaftalen.
5. The European Council calls to proceed with work to prepare and make plans, at all levels, for the consequences of Britain’s withdrawal with a view to all possible outcomes.
6. The European Council is following the case continuously.
