– I’ve wondered where busplanerne is gone, even if I did not use them so often. I do not think it is in order that they have been removed. Many older people have not a smartphone, so what should they do if there is a busplan, they can see? she says and adds:
– I am going to think of my brother-in-law, who must always have the help of his children with the things on the computer, or if something needs to be printed out. I do not think it is reasonable to deprive people of autonomy, just because they are not on all the new technology.
