Right now, there is no law in Spain for that common people must not try to restore works of art.
In an opinion from the Professional Association of Restorers and Conservators in Spain has called the most recent error for the direct ‘vandalism’.
‘This here the lack of a rule means that we can not protect our heritage. In several years people are in the right profession been forced to leave their profession due to lack of opportunities’, it said further.
