– When did you last run in the bus?
– I do … I’m running a little more on the bike than by bus, and I’m running a little more by train than by bus. It happens occasionally. I am taking much of public transport, often in conjunction with bike and train.
– When did you last run with the bus?
– I think it is a good question, you ask me, but now, when I tell you that I run the most by bike and train, so I would say that it is a long time ago. I have at some point run out from Hillerød town Hall with the bus, so I follow what happens in the public transport. I bike and run a lot in trains.
– it Is not a difficult decision to make when you don’t even use the bus?
– I think not, for we have really a lot of information about how customers perceive us, so we know how people are downloading their information. What we have done today, is to meet them, which immediately has a hard time with the digital. So we know that we are meeting many people’s needs.
Now I was up in your municipality, Hillerød, and here were the citizens very unhappy that they could not see when the bus is running. Why give them only the timetables back?
– Ruteplanerne comes back and responds to the main demand. We’re also going to put the schedules inside the bus.
– finally: Can you really not remember, when was the last time you have driven a bus?
– I have not run with the bus the last year. But until a year ago commuting I from Hilleroed to Frederiksberg in four years, and I drove with 2A.
