According to the police charge drank the two neighbors alcohol on the Charles Ferris’ porch when Ferris in heavily drunken state asked Christopher Hicks to shoot him with a 22 caliber semi-automatic rifle, while he himself was wearing a bulletproof vest. The ball hit the top left corner of the bullet-proof vest and left a huge red mark on the chest of Ferris, who also explained to the police that he had great pain.
Then it was the neighbor Hicks turn to wear the bullet-proof vest. Ferris had been sour because of the pain in his chest and shot, therefore, the remaining five shots in the rifle directly in the back of Hicks. None of the bullets penetrated, however, through the bullet-proof vest, but left large marks on the back of Hicks.
Ferris’ wife Leslie heard the shots from the porch and went out to see what happened. She was therefore a witness to half of the crazy scenario that played out on her porch.
Leslie Ferris persuaded the subsequent her husband Charles to seek out a nearby hospital for the injury he had incurred in the chest. It was here that the hospital authorities, however, suspected that there had been something suspicious and called the police. Shortly after both Ferris and Hicks were arrested and charged with serious acts of violence against each other.
Both of the two arresting was the day after released on bail. But the case continues in court the 13. may.
