Phoenix is a male nurse arrested, suspected of the rape of a patient in the institution where he worked. The woman, who is severely handicapped, gave birth last month to a baby boy. The suspect is 36-year-old Nathan Sutherland who was responsible for the care of the woman. A DNA analysis showed yesterday that he is the father of the child.
