Citizens live in an environment of constant change and transformation. A challenge that companies and organizations, including Public Administrations, also have to take on. In the public sector, after almost three decades of failed change initiatives, it is necessary to achieve the necessary consensus to transform our model, with the same disruption that the environment is doing. The Public Sector Management Forum initiative proposes five far-reaching reforms.

There are many reasons for carrying out this transformation, although they can be summed up in two: the need to respond more efficiently to the demands of citizens in a context of a new social commitment, the urgency of assuming (albeit f
