After the findings went further two months, before Chris Watts acknowledged the killing of the two daughters, the woman and the unborn child. He was charged with three cases of premeditated murder, illegal termination of pregnancy and three cases of indecent dealings with equal.
He confessed to avoid the death penalty, and ended with a sentence of life imprisonment.
