Russia is practicing its bombflyg with Venezuela
Russia sent two strategic bombers, and a 100-odd pilots to Venezuela in order to carry out a joint military training, according to the venezuelan government. The country’s defense minister Vladimir Padrino López said that the timing of the withdrawal of Russian troops shows that Venezuela is prepared to defend the Venezuelan territory to the last drop of blood.
At the side of the two bombflygplanen, Russia has also sent a transport aircraft and a passenger aircraft, according to the Russian government.
Russian military aircraft visited Venezuela last 2013. It is unclear how long the current Russian strength will stay.
Venezuela has purchased military equipment from Russia for several million dollars over the last few years, ” says Vladimir Padrino López.
