“A nurse in Sörmland did searches in the patient in order to check up on a man who had sent the message to her on a dating site. As a result of this, she was sentenced earlier this year for hacking at Nyköping district court because the private searches in the patient is illegal.”
“Now requests the inspection for health care (Ivo) that the nurse is coated with a three-year probation period, reports SVT News Sörmland. Ivo writes in his opinion that the woman in his occupation, has made himself guilty of a crime that can affect confidence in her.”
