The CVP takes on the challenge of the defense Department (VBS). Communication chief Manuel Ackermann said on Monday according to the Department distribution, the CVP was not disappointed that your newly elected Federal councillor Viola Amherd two of the VBS. “This is a welcome task,” said Ackermann. The CVP is pleased to see that Amherd could take on a Department “of fundamental importance for Switzerland,” said the party. Safety is a key issue for the CVP.
