The state election Commission has confirmed the appointment of Thailand’s new king, Maha Vajiralongkorn in a decree announced. They justified the shift with the preparations for the coronation of the new king. In the past few months had demonstrated in Bangkok and occasionally anti-government protesters for free elections.
