Sepi, the state company for industrial holdings, which reports to the Ministry of Finance and is the main shareholder of the technology company Indra, has formally requested the third director in the company’s management body, with the intention of increasing its weight in the group management. Sepi intends to ensure that the current president of the group, Marc Murtra, is finally appointed president with the executive powers that the board did not grant him in May 2021, when he was elected after the departure of the previous president Fernando Abril-Martorell.
