A decembernatt 2018 was Daniel Diaz on the way home after a visit to the restaurant along with some friends. To the food he had been drinking ”a few beers” but was not significantly drunk and went down in Skanstull metro station, where your friends would go in different directions. When they stood and waited for the trains would come, he stood and one of his friends and spoke with each other at the locks. Daniel Diaz was standing outside and his friend was inside, so that the latch was open.

– It is so sickening, their way to work. They put me in a cell and talking together. It is not as if we were standing in the way of any. We did really nothing, ” says Daniel Diaz.
He was then detained until the police came – whereupon he was released without being suspected of something. A little later, he photographed the damage he had received on one arm, and it is clear that he had severe bruising around the elbow joint.
Daniel Diaz event, but says that he has not heard anything more about the matter. Now, about two months later, he still has pain in the arm.
” Yes, I’m in pain. That one should have to be afraid of the guards, I think, feels weird. There are limits to what they should do. I’m an adult, has not done anything and have a ticket. It feels so degrading to be treated so, ” he says.
He is also critical of the behaviour that he thinks that many of the stewards present.
– Now it feels like it has solidified. I think probably most of you know has been something that has ordningsvakterna to do, ” says Daniel Diaz.

the SL had late on Friday still not returned to the DN of a comment in the case. But in a response to SVT, who described Daniel Diaz case on 11 January, informs SL that they do not want to comment on the event closer because there is an ongoing police investigation.
