He says that he let his actions control the full of the urge to get away.

– Every action was guided by my burning need to put as much distance as possible for the role as a conscious, thinking and sentient human being. No messages came through to me in almost 20 years, he says.

Jason Isaacs tells that it all started when he as a 12-year-old was full for the first time.

A bartender smuggled a bottle of booze out of a toilet for him and a friend, and they drank it all. Then followed a night where he repeatedly threw up, and came to harm. But this discouraged him.

– the Next morning I woke up with a thumping headache, I smelled of puke and could remember that I had humiliated myself. But all I could thought of was that I could not wait to do it again, he says.

Since chased he for nearly 20 years the feeling he had had that night.

If he could, he would tell his 16-year-old I, that today he has come on, he says:

– I think that it would surprise the 16-year-old me that I’m okay. That I am doing by finding the simple joy in simple things. Not always, not completely, but enough.
