Ghent Today starts the third edition of Tournée Mineral. A month is a long time to be Flemish challenged to not drinking alcohol. For lovers of a tasty gin developed the Ghent Charlotte Matthys, non-alcoholic ‘NONA June’.
Charlotte, who last year graduated as bio-engineer at the University of Ghent, was not about one night, ice for her gin to develop. “During the development of the smakenpallet, I relied on chefs and sommeliers.
