It was human error that caused a plane crash that claimed the lives of 97 people, in the pakistani city of Karachi last month. It displays a preliminary report from the accident investigation board Wednesday.

Neither the pilot or the air traffic controller followed the agreed standard rules, says Pakistan’s luftfartsminister, Ghulam Sarwar Khan, who on Wednesday briefed parliament on the report.
