A 17-year-old was sentenced initially to closed youth care in ten months and a 19-year-old was sentenced to jail for two years and six months and expulsion. They were convicted in the district court after one of them identified by their SL-card.
In the court of appeal straffskärpning sentenced the young man to the expulsion and the penalty is increased to 1 year and 4 months of care. The older gets 3 years in prison and deportation.
the Rape occurred in the beginning of september 2018. The two girls had met the young men and together wandered around in the central parts of Stockholm. When they ended up in the Centralbron was the men menacing with the one girl managed to escape.
