Two Danish men on 59 and 40 are made on Tuesday for the court in Rønne, where they are to be charged for a planned rape of a 17-year-old girl, who was tied to a bed and was blindfolded.
The defendants refuse to commit.
According to the indictment happened the rape 27. september, between the hours of 18 and 23 on the 40-year-olds residing in Rønne.
According to the indictment the 40-year-old have agreed the rape of the 59-year-old, as he ‘encouraged’ to have sexual intercourse with the girl.
She had been unable to oppose the action, because she lay tied to the bed. But she tried to squirm free, and he said ‘stop, I don’t bother’, and therefore abandoned the 59-year-old after two-three minutes.
the Girl had not agreed to have sex with the 59-year-old and was not aware that it was going to happen, says the indictment.
The two men were first arrested on 8. november and remanded in custody the day after. They are still in prison.
the Case has so far been dealt with behind closed doors, and it is not known what relationship the 17-year-olds to the two defendants.
