He has multiple convictions behind him. Most recently, the man serving a prison sentence for theft and robbery of a gas station. He was released in February of this year.
The 30-year-old man’s defense attorney objected to the prosecutor’s request on 16 days of pre-trial detention.
My client is hurt and go to the hospital. So he has come to take some things. He would of course not have done. The reason he shows up is not to steal, but in order to get treated his leg, said the defender, who also denied that there was reason to fear that the client would commit more acquisitive crime, although it is during his criminal career, has been his metier.
