The Supreme court of the United States has stopped by injunction a law that abortions would be restricted in the state of Louisiana. The conservative judge John Roberts joined the opinion of the four more liberal judges on the Supreme Court and overruled, therefore, the four other conservative judges.
The law in Louisiana provided more stringent rules for Doctors and hospitals, the abortions. According to critics, it could result in the entire state, only a doctor would have legal abortions.
Kavanaugh and from gorsuch votes against injunction
The Supreme Court decision has a signal effect, as abortion opponents had hoped that the two new US President, Trump nominated conservative judges Brett Kavanaugh and Neil from gorsuch would give the court a reliably stronger inclination in dealing with abortion laws. In the decision on Thursday evening (local time) voted also in fact, both judge against the injunction, but Roberts’ voice made a dash through the bill.
The court commented on the decision. Judge Kavanaugh argued, however, that he had had the law in force, to verify whether in fact the availability of abortions in Louisiana would be restricted.

According to the decision of the Supreme court, the law can now, for the time being in force. Observers noted immediately that Roberts Alliance with the liberal judges could only be of short duration.
