How explained a witness to the trial against the former letter-turning from ‘wheel of fortune’ and author Maria Millet, which today is on trial in the Court of Elsinore. She is charged with both receiving stolen goods, possession of firearms and burglary, but denies guilty.
She explained in court that she knew nothing of the stolen goods, which police found when they searched the cottage, which she lived in back in 2017.
Maria is not alone in court. On the dock sits a further two defendants. A 46-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman. The man, who for a period lived in Mary’s rented cottage, are previously associated with a big rockerklub.
The 24-year-old is a former friend of the author. Both are covered by the navneforbud and refuses to commit.

in Addition, Maria Millet accused of having violated the våbenbekendtgørelsen to be in possession of a brass knuckles without the police permission.
And finally, Millet along with a friend, who is the subject of navneforbud, accused of the attempted theft from a shed at a property in Graested.

Maria has the court explained, that she let the 46-year-old accused of storing some things in her home. When the police raided her house in the summer of 2017, she explained in the first place, that she did not know the things ‘ owner, but she was later given another explanation.
According to her, she was afraid of the consequences it could have to speak the truth, when the 46-year-old man had close ties with the biker.
She was afraid to appear like a ‘sticking’.
In the court summoned a witness, a younger man with full beard, who can confirm Maria’s reading of the matter.
He is old friends with her, and has seen the 46-year-old man carry boxes of swag into the cottage. It happened when one day he called to Maria, and asked if he could stop by for a cup of coffee.
– I can hear that she doesn’t sound like it, I wont to know. She is very short for the head, and she seems scared. I get concerned for her, so I choose to drive out and visit her, he said to the court.
during the visit he sees the 46-year-old man running several things into the house on a sapphire. This one is something that looks like a wine cooler.
the Witness supports Mary’s explanation that she did not have to deal with hælervarerne to do.
– I do not think she should be charged with the things, for I know Mary and know that she would never do such a thing, sounded it from him.
– I’m happy to be called in the day, for I wish her only the best in life.
