Yes and no. We are a professionally run organization that sets up goals, and even on the achievement of these goals and measures. But we are not a group! The Unia is based on the voice from below, at the base.

This is a big challenge. But trade Union political successes, such as wage increases or better working conditions, we can only achieve if our goals are driven by our members and employees.
