the 34-year-old veteran driver managed to drive only one clean round, for the second attempt, the time-driving in the first section, he caressed the wall corner 10. After this, the car right rear wheel broke, and Kubica drove out to the next bend.
Time-after driving for Kubica told F1 journalist Will Buxton , where the collision is caused.
– Kubican according to the driver error is due to the fact that the car for the first time during the whole weekend. The tires had so much grip, that he was able to drive around the bend 9 to the fullest. Thus, he came to the next corner so hard that the car hit the wall, Buxton told on Twitter.
Williams Saturday was a pretty terrible, because the team’s second driver George Russell was a time trial on the penultimate.
