Fit & Healthy For her role in the movie ‘Hustlers’, in which she is a stripper, plays, episode, Jennifer Lopez on the 10 day challenge in which she was 10 days long all the sugars and almost all carbs from her menu deleted. But is that really so healthy? We asked nutritionist Sarah Mouha.

“In a low carbohydrate and sugar free diet, you eat nothing sugar, so no sweets, chocolate or cakes, but not other carbohydrates such as bread, potatoes, rice, pasta, legumes, or even fruit,” says the dietician. And that has a big effect on your body. “By carbohydrates, is your body a lot of energy to miss because there are a lot of calories loss. Fruit or whole grains remove from your menu is just too crazy for words. The ‘bad’ sugars omit according Mouha be a good idea, but she finds it also not a must. “Of course, you eat it as little as possible processed sugars if you look at your health.
