The paradox that there are positions that are not filled in a country like ours, with high unemployment rates, has been a worrying phenomenon for more than a decade. This week, the Ministry of Labor called a meeting for employers and unions to analyze where these unfilled vacancies occur and what are the reasons for this peculiar phenomenon in Spain. The concern is growing, and the problem shows no sign of a solution. Each study or report on the subject concludes that it is worsening and affecting competitiveness, the skills of candidates and their chances of finding sustainable employment with a future.
