The Council for Transparency and Good Governance (CTBG) has issued a resolution urging the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration to detail the companies in which the Prime Minister, Pedro Sánchez, has money invested in shares or participations.
With this resolution, the body that oversees the application of the Transparency Law agrees with a citizen who appealed the refusal of the Office of Conflicts of Interest to provide him with the information that he had requested from the Presidency of the Government
