The holding company and several entities of the Indexia group, specializing in insurance for telephones and services linked to multimedia products, were placed in liquidation on Wednesday by the Paris commercial court.
This decision comes almost a month after the liquidation of SFAM, the historic entity of the group, and while the CEO of Indexia and several companies in his empire must be tried in criminal court in the fall for deceptive commercial practices.
