A former HR director of Vinci Autoroutes was sentenced this Monday to six months in prison, without entry on the criminal record, before the court of Brive-la-Gaillarde (Corrèze) after having filed 180 employees of her group in the Center region -Auvergne. In detail, negative annotations such as “lazy, mythical, spoiled child” were found in tables, indicates France Bleu Gironde. “Union representative not possible to fire him, suspicion of alcoholism, poor lifestyle,” was also noted in his notes.

Three years after the scandal revealed by Mediapart, this HR director, since replaced, appeared on October 2, in a guilty plea procedure, wanting to avoid a public trial. “When we see the number of people who are affected by this file, when we see how the assessments hold up, it’s impressive. It is degrading humanly, personally from every point of view,” considered Maître François Ruffié, lawyer for Girondin employees.

Who even wants to go further, and attack Vinci: “It is quite unethical that it is she who alone assumes all these damages, it would seem normal that her employer should put her hand in her pocket.” Enough to suggest that the group was aware, or would even have encouraged the DHR to act in this way. “The employees consider that she did not do it on her own initiative, but on instructions or at least in the service of her employer, Vinci,” added Maître François Ruffié.
