Offered by Lidl Sunday deserves your mammy to be pampered. Dish its her favorite sweets: strawberries and (white!) chocolate, brought together in this poepsimpele and summer small dessert. So good! What do you need? (for 4 persons)
500 g strawberries, washed & crowns removed
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tsp honey
40 g white chocolate, fijngeraspt
handful of basil leaves
200 ml yogurt Greek way
60 g sugar + 100 ml water
1 lime, squeezed
pepper
this is how you make it:
1. Replace the sugar with 120 ml water to the boil. Turn the heat to low and allow to gently reduce until syrup. Let cool. Mix the syrup under the yoghurt and stir in the lime juice under. Pour this mixture into a shallow plastic box and put at least 4 hours in the freezer.
2. Cut the strawberries into thin slices and divide the slices on 4 plates.
3. Whisk the lemon juice with the olive oil and honey los. Drop this over the strawberries. Scrape the granita with a fork and scoop a spoonful on the carpaccio. Work the carpaccio continue on with the basil and the chocolate.
