The blueprint of it documents how London measures and structures should respond to a hard brexit. The time span runs from 07 a.m. to the following morning at 05.30 hours. Many departments and public services will have at least three months at a stretch 24 hours per day to keep running.
The document lists twelve risky domains, including disruption of public transport, problems at the border crossings, health services, energy and “critical industry” and “food and water”.
