0,5 red onion

1 pc egg, hard-boiled

1 tbsp caviar

1 tbsp chopped dill

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 tbsp crème fraiche

For serving

crisp bread/rye bread

chives

Disc matjesillen and the onions finely.
