Artists have the opportunity to use their talents for noble causes through the FEX solidarity recitals. Tomorrow’s guest will be the Duo Dore, a young group of pianists Carlos de la Blanca Elorza (pianist) and Maria Escudero Rana (pianist). The recital will take place at the Royal Hospital at 9:30 p.m. to benefit AGRAJER (the Granada Association of Gamblers in Rehabilitation). This will be an excellent opportunity to work with a group that does great work with gambling addicts.

The recital is rich in music and features pieces from the past three centuries. Each performer will perform separately in the first part. Maria Escudero will be performing four preludes by Debussy. Carlos de la Blanca will perform ‘Paraphrase of the waltz from Fausto’, by Gounod & Lizst, and ‘Le Baiser de l’Enfant–Jesus’ by Oliver Mesaiaen. In the second part, attendees will be able to hear some of the most fascinating pieces from international repertoire performed for four hands. These include Mozart’s “Sonata” in D major, K381 and Schubert’s “Fantasia in D940”, as well as the “Dances Hungarian number 1” and 6” by Brahms. Tickets are available at AGRAJER as well as at the Festival box-office.
