Ibercaja’s board of directors, chaired by Francisco Serrano and which has Víctor Iglesias as CEO, has proposed the incorporation of three new directors who will take over from the current board members Jesús Bueno Arrese (vice-president), Gabriela González- Good and Jesus Solchaga Loitegui.
For the renewal of these positions, Ibercaja has reported that three professionals of “great prestige and experience” have been selected, thereby promoting diversity of gender and professional profiles within it, as well as the generational change.
