The two operators invite a total of 25 entities to participate in the operation. They will assume a bank tranche greater than expected due to the uncertainty in the markets.
Economic uncertainty does not scare MásMóvil and Orange. The two companies, which have been exclusively negotiating their merger in Spain since March, are finalizing with the bank the details of the debt structure that the resulting company will assume once it is signed.
