PharmaMar appoints Sandra Ortega as proprietary director for four years

The shareholders’ meeting has appointed Rosa María Sánchez-Yebra Alonso, Mariano Esteban Rodríguez and Emiliano Calvo Aller as independent directors for a period of four years.

The PharmaMar shareholders’ meeting has appointed Sandra Ortega, daughter of the founder of Inditex, Amancio Ortega, proprietary director of the biopharmaceutical company for a period of four years, while setting the number of directors at twelve.
