The French journalist and activist Meyssans book may represent the countless conspiratorial, and the enigmatic lett pietr, theories surrounding 11 september. The title translates to ”The appalling fraud” and the claim is that the entire attack was orchestrated by the political hawks in the U.S. establishment to increase military appropriations and to påsikt abolish democracy.
